About the Role

As Head of India Branch Operations in Digital & Platform Services (D&PS), you will lead a high-performing team supporting Commercial & Investment Banking in Mumbai. You will define and execute strategic priorities, drive process efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and fuel business growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead D&PS Operations across regional, product, and global groups.
  • Drive and communicate strategic direction and operational excellence.
  • Empower teams with a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
  • Implement process efficiency strategies and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
  • Achieve financial targets through cost, capacity, and budget planning.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across Technology, Sales, Product, and more.
  • Oversee business continuity planning and change management initiatives.
  • Lead, hire, train, and retain talent to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Operations or Risk Management with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise in transaction banking and market operations. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience in regulatory forums, digital transformation initiatives, business continuity, and cross-functional partnerships is highly valued.
