Join Global Conflicts at JPMorganChase and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our firm's integrity. As a Global Conflicts Vice President, you will navigate client relationships and ensure that business activities align with ethical standards and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review business opportunities to identify potential conflicts of interest.
  • Communicate with Global Industry and Product Heads for transaction analyses.
  • Manage the business selection process and conflict management matters.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and control functions globally.
  • Supervise and mentor associate team members in transaction analysis.
  • Lead strategic projects, including technology initiatives and banker training.
  • Provide independent judgment for assessing conflict situations.
  • Facilitate business selection conversations and manage deal team staffing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate reputation risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in Investment Banking focused on M&A or conflicts.
  • Strong analytical skills with global relationship analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confidence to probe across stakeholders for in-depth analysis.
  • Ability to manage complex matters and deliver timely results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory environments and compliance standards.
  • Successful track record in conflict management within finance.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with new technology implementation in banking.
