J.P. Morgan is actively seeking a highly skilled GenAI Enablement Specialist for its Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). This Vice President level role resides within the CIB’s Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) and reports to the GenAI Enablement Markets Lead. The core responsibility is to define and develop the GenAI strategy for the CIB Markets Business, encompassing Sales, Trading, QR, and Research, with a significant focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). Furthermore, the role involves identifying and spearheading the rollout of GenAI products across the entire CIB.

As a GenAI Enablement Specialist within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will be instrumental in formulating the GenAI strategy, particularly for the Front Office Markets Business. You will engage in close collaboration with Quantitative Research (QR), Technology, and other firmwide data science teams. Your responsibilities extend to leading the implementation of JPM’s GenAI products across the Commercial and Investment Bank. This position demands providing insightful leadership on GenAI and LLMs to key Commercial and Investment Bank clients. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the strategic direction for GenAI adoption within the Commercial and Investment Bank’s Markets business and drive broader AI/ML adoption across the Front Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and deconstruct complex problems that can be effectively solved using GenAI solutions.
• Critically assess existing GenAI products and influence the product roadmap to align with Markets-specific requirements.
• Identify high-priority Markets use cases where GenAI can be leveraged, develop comprehensive business cases, conduct prototype testing, and plan for adoption.
• Provide expert thought leadership on GenAI and LLMs to key CIB clients.
• Assimilate diverse information and synthesize views for senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
• Identify emerging trends in GenAI ahead of broader market adoption.
• Define and diligently track success metrics/OKRs; measure the impact, adoption, and Return on Investment (ROI) for GenAI initiatives.
• Drive crucial change management and enablement activities, including training and playbook development, to accelerate Front Office adoption.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Prior experience with GenAI and a strong understanding of Financial Services is essential.
• Significant prior experience within Markets (Sell-Side, Asset Management, Hedge-Fund) is required.
• Extensive experience with diverse problem-solving backgrounds, such as a top strategy consulting firm, internal strategy roles, investment banking, or private equity.
• Profound knowledge and understanding of AI&ML concepts, particularly GenAI and Prompt Engineering; familiarity with LLM evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows is highly valued.
• A BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science).
• Outstanding analytical abilities to deconstruct problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches.
• Ability to quickly assimilate new information and understand desk-specific nuances (across assets, flow, and derivatives).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
