Overview

As a Fraud Risk Product Delivery Associate at JPMorganChase, you will support the delivery of solutions to manage risks effectively within the Consumer & Community Banking division.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate with product teams and technology partners, assist product owners and strategists, coordinate product delivery activities, and manage dependencies between releases. You will also gather requirements, assist in designing solutions, participate in technical and functional sessions, and help create artifacts such as data flow diagrams, user stories, and test scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of product management principles and interest in fraud risk or financial services.
