Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities from inception to completion.
- Create and maintain project artifacts, charters, and resourcing plans.
- Establish governance structures and foster strong inter-team relationships.
- Facilitate working group sessions, meetings, and presentations.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and dependencies.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Partner with technology, risk, finance, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Significant project management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau and innovation tools.
- Understanding of corporate financial services, securities, and derivatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and cross-functional program delivery.
