About the Role
The Executive Director Client Data - Asset Management will lead the Global Client Data team. This role focuses on overseeing business-critical data operating models, managing data risk, and driving continuous process improvement in client data functions.
The leader will build a scalable organization, manage data controls, and engage with global stakeholders to deliver strategic data capabilities. Responsibilities include exception resolution, client lifecycle management, trade matching, research, and end user data support.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and govern data operating models across client functions.
- Engage with data custodians to manage data risk.
- Lead continuous process improvement and deliver effective data controls.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and collaborate with global data teams.
- Manage policies for data acquisition, maintenance, and modifications.
- Lead strategic projects in an agile environment using JIRA and SCRUM.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience in managing data operating models and governance.
- Strong analytical, programming, and technical skills.
- Proven expertise in data architecture, quality, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, project management, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing high performance teams in matrix organizations.
- Understanding of asset management business including investment products.
