Overview
Become an integral part of JPMorganChase Global Commercial Banking Latin America team. In this fast-paced environment, each day brings unique challenges and opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars
- Screen incoming calls and determine priority levels
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and travel logistics
- Organize events including catering and transportation
- Process invoices and T&E expense claims
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
- Produce high quality emails and communications
- Maintain department documents including charts and bios
- Edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Advanced organizational abilities
- Fluency in Spanish for reading and writing
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Managing Director level or above
- College degree is a plus
Work Environment
This is an on-site role requiring five days in the office (Mon-Fri). Hybrid options are not available.
