Overview

Become an integral part of JPMorganChase Global Commercial Banking Latin America team. In this fast-paced environment, each day brings unique challenges and opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen incoming calls and determine priority levels
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and travel logistics
  • Organize events including catering and transportation
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Produce high quality emails and communications
  • Maintain department documents including charts and bios
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
  • Advanced organizational abilities
  • Fluency in Spanish for reading and writing
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Managing Director level or above
  • College degree is a plus

Work Environment

This is an on-site role requiring five days in the office (Mon-Fri). Hybrid options are not available.
