Role Responsibilities
- Manage advanced diary management and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate intricate multi-leg travel arrangements and logistics.
- Process invoices, travel, and expense claims ensuring policy adherence.
- Collaborate with support groups and key stakeholders across business lines.
- Assist with staff onboarding, offboarding, and equipment setup.
- Provide coverage during team absences or holidays.
- Engage with senior management with tact and sound judgment.
- Take initiative in ad hoc assistance and managing shifting priorities.
- Navigate travel systems to prepare precise itineraries.
Required Skills and Experience
Extensive administrative experience at the Managing Director level, advanced diary and travel arrangements management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources or Talent and Employee Experience, familiarity with organizing Off-Sites, Town Halls, and Skip-Level meetings, and the ability to handle frequent last-minute schedule changes.
