About the Role
Become an integral part of the LOB team at JPMorganChase where each day offers unique challenges in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Administrative Assistant - Global Corporate Banking, you will support senior management by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and handling executive communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars
- Screen incoming calls and determine priority
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Organize internal and external events including catering and transportation
- Process invoices and T&E expense claims
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
- Produce high quality emails and messages
- Maintain department documents and executive bios
- Edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum five years of administrative experience
- Advanced organizational ability
- Discretion and judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and calendar management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level or above
- College degree is a plus
