About the Role

Become an integral part of the LOB team at JPMorganChase where each day offers unique challenges in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Administrative Assistant - Global Corporate Banking, you will support senior management by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and handling executive communications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen incoming calls and determine priority
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Organize internal and external events including catering and transportation
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Produce high quality emails and messages
  • Maintain department documents and executive bios
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum five years of administrative experience
  • Advanced organizational ability
  • Discretion and judgment in confidential situations
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and calendar management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting at the Managing Director level or above
  • College degree is a plus
