About the Role

JPMorganChase is seeking an Executive Administration Manager - Business Support Management who will lead a team of 15-30 Executive Assistants. This role is responsible for delivering superior administrative services, managing international employee onboarding and offboarding, and supervising talent development, performance evaluations, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of approximately 15-30 Executive Assistants.
  • Oversee end-to-end administrative support and business coverage.
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure governance of core business processes and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business managers, senior management, and functional groups.
  • Drive Line of Business and Commercial Banking initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

A minimum of 5+ years' senior-level administrative or operational management experience is required. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication, project leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A strong partnership mentality and the ability to operate with independent judgment are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR and a background in large financial services organizations are preferred.
