Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and disclose positions and trades per EMEA regulations.
  • Liaise with Compliance teams to manage trading restrictions and breaches.
  • Prevent breaches of ownership thresholds and meet notification obligations.
  • Respond to internal queries regarding position searches and disclosure advice.
  • Act as central contact for financial regulators and support compliance escalations.
  • Collaborate with Control Room and Line of Business Compliance on trading activity.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to complex compliance challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of disclosures and regulatory communications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Capabilities And Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a financial institution with Disclosure of Interest functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
