Overview

The Data and Research Associate at JPMorganChase plays a key role in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships to deliver an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will balance business results by offering solutions, performing surveys, sentiment analysis, and delivering actionable insights for better decision making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and analyze surveys to gather insights.
  • Utilize sentiment analysis tools to gauge customer sentiment.
  • Deliver insights based on survey results and data analysis.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
  • Communicate complex insights through data storytelling.
  • Map and document processes for transparency among stakeholders.
  • Work with Adobe Analytics, Excel, and Alteryx for data analysis.
  • Effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years relevant experience in client experience, research, and data analytics.
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Advanced Excel, and Alteryx.
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills using PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Experience in process enhancement, optimization, and automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A master degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Financial services industry experience is a plus, though candidates with strong relevant backgrounds will be considered.
