In this exciting chapter of growth, we are looking for a passionate Controls Manager - Banking Operations to evaluate and perform an end-to-end analysis of operational risk, enhancing performance, customer experience, and business engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage initiatives in Retail Banking Operations.
  • Assess effectiveness of governance and business processes.
  • Support regulatory interactions, exams, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the Control and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) program.
  • Monitor operational practices to maintain effective control environment.
  • Drive strategic solutions for increased efficiency and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Controls/Operational Risk Management or Operations.
  • Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment reviews.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and business analysis skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Effective communication and active listening capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional maturity with ability to engage senior management.
  • Experience in Agile environments, using JIRA and Confluence.
