Overview

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Client Onboarding Associate at JPMorganChase. In this role, you will lead treasury and banking product implementations and drive client onboarding using advanced AI technologies.

Role Description

As an AI Associate within the Commercial Bank Client Onboarding Organization, you will define AI priorities, develop strategic AI solutions, and enhance efficiency in client onboarding processes. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with onboarding leadership to identify key AI opportunities.
  • Develop and implement scalable AI strategies for client onboarding.
  • Leverage deep business knowledge to accelerate AI solutions.
  • Work with Data, Business, and Technology teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Foster an AI-first mindset and promote team training on new solutions.
  • Present AI initiatives and progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven leadership with curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn.
  • Expertise in traditional AI/ML and generative AI with scalable deployment experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan Client Onboarding applications and technology.
  • Ability to align business objectives with clear ML problem definitions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience in Financial Services and client onboarding processes.
  • Experience in quantitative roles, preferably as a data scientist or AI specialist.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, experimental design, and causal inference.

Additional Information

This role may require up to 10% travel to visit clients and partners. Please note that employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
