Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Client Service Manager Vice President at JPMorganChase. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Client Service Account Managers to deliver exceptional client support within Payments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team through hiring, training, and coaching.
- Coordinate internally to achieve client outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and quarterly partner check-ins.
- Act as a customer advocate to enhance service quality.
- Maintain direct client relationships and monitor SLAs.
- Track client requests and improve case data quality.
- Analyze client data, identify trends, and develop strategies.
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure processes align with specifications and targets.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a service or client relationship environment, strong people, project, and risk management skills, comprehensive understanding of Treasury Services products, excellent communication, problem-solving, and MS Office proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
