Overview
Join JPMorganChase's InstaMed team as a Client Onboarding Specialist Document Verification. In this role, you will ensure data integrity of enrollments for the Healthcare Payments Services team and verify that payments are made to the correct provider during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete due diligence and adhere to KYC standards.
- Underwrite and onboard new accounts including pricing setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams to avoid errors.
- Manage workloads and prioritize for optimal customer experience.
- Communicate updates and timelines effectively, internally and externally.
- Investigate issues using resources like Salesforce and support tools.
- Maintain compliance with departmental procedures and business requirements.
