Job Summary
As a Client Data Analyst within the Operations team, you will review and improve data collection and verification processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of KYC records before they are reviewed by the client-facing team. Your advanced organizational skills and digital proficiency will be key in managing multiple tasks and leveraging software applications and digital platforms to enhance processes and client experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team with ongoing performance feedback.
- Track individual team performance over time.
- Address and resolve service issues escalated internally or externally.
- Operate independently with effective decision making based on data and insight.
- Ensure clear communication and timely supervisory feedback.
- Organize workflow and support client onboarding including AML and KYC requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to interim projects.
- Knowledge of banking products.
- Proven leadership in process and organizational change.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk.
- Proficiency in mainframe and PC based systems with strong MS Office skills.
- Prior people management experience with high performing teams.
