Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of new and existing business clients in Business Banking. You will:
- Acquire, manage, and retain 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenues of $1 - $5 million.
- Provide tailored business deposit, cash management solutions, and manage credit opportunities.
- Conduct in-person visits with prospects, centers of influence (COIs), and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate long-term banking relationships.
- Collaborate with internal partners such as Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams.
- Maintain strong risk management and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in Business Banking or related business lending roles. A good understanding of business credit and financial products is essential, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and a strong current business network are preferred.
