About the Business Operations Associate Role

Join our Business Operations team at JPMorganChase and play a key role in shaping the future of Global Corporate Banking. Be part of a group dedicated to understanding, analyzing, and developing solutions for complex operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work independently and support fast-paced projects to creatively solve problems.
  • Conduct end-to-end project management from scoping to timely completion.
  • Facilitate interaction across teams including GCB Business Operations, banking teams, and governance partners.
  • Build relationships with banking, credit, legal, finance, compliance, risk and other functional teams.
  • Perform data analysis to support key initiatives and deliver presentations to senior management.
  • Identify, escalate operational issues and recommend solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PitchPro+ and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently and influence across various organization levels
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple deliverables
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills to assess quantitative and qualitative data
