Overview

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Business Management. In this role, as a Business Management Analyst, you will optimize business performance by promoting key initiatives and acting as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Organize complex data strategically using design acumen and MS Office tools.
  • Create wireframes and mock-ups iteratively for management presentations and dashboards.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners to drive projects and next steps.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation on SharePoint.
  • Participate in initiatives to simplify and add value to business processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience delivering high quality presentations and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and focus on design excellence.
  • Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
