About the Role

The Asset Management Real Estate Investment Specialist West Coast Executive Director at JPMorganChase plays a lead role in prospecting for new clients, deepening existing client relationships and providing thought leadership within the Real Estate Americas team. You will report to the Head of US Client Strategy for Core & Core Plus Funds.

Job Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain the Real Estate Americas book of business with U.S. clients.
  • Initiate relationships with new clients and expand mandates with existing clients.
  • Manage client relationships by delivering clear account reviews and market insights.
  • Establish annual strategic plans and maintain regular contact with key client representatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and solutions aligned with client investment objectives.
  • Utilize firm resources and collaborate with internal teams including investment, research, and product development.
  • Pursue new business opportunities with institutional investors and senior investment professionals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Minimum 7+ years of capital raising or equivalent investment experience.
  • Established network with Western U.S. institutional real estate investors.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive and technically sound presentations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and analytical skills with regional economic insights.
  • Knowledge of portfolio construction and strategic asset allocation.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications or willingness to achieve them.
  • Higher education preferred, MBA/CFA.
