Role Overview

As a Asset Management Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst on the West Investment Team, you'll source and close new real estate investments for various JPMAM funds and separate account clients. You will be involved in all aspects of the investment process including underwriting, due diligence, and closing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop pro forma cash flows using Argus and Excel.
  • Research and analyze market data.
  • Participate in property inspections and market tours.
  • Prepare presentations and investment committee memos.
  • Coordinate due diligence and closings for new acquisitions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong interest in real estate.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Superior writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of post-undergraduate work experience in real estate or finance.
  • Prior real estate valuation experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Argus software is desired.
