As the Asset Management Portfolio Oversight Associate, you will manage day-to-day oversight of portfolio implementation platforms focusing on client portfolio investment and tax outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review client portfolio trade orders to ensure alignment with intended investment and tax outcomes.
  • Produce, analyze, and present periodic platform-level portfolio oversight reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses for client and internal needs.
  • Develop expertise in tech-enabled portfolio implementation and tax management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Quantitative R&D, Product, Tech, Ops, and Client Facing teams.
  • Support error correction processes through analysis and oversight.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Investment/Wealth Management.
  • Understanding of ETFs, mutual funds, model-portfolios, and direct indexing.
  • Strong Excel, data analysis, and visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Progress towards CFA designation is preferred.
