Overview

Drive portfolio excellence—analyze performance, deliver insights, and shape solutions in a dynamic, global investment team. As an Asset Management Portfolio and Performance Analysis Associate, you will oversee a broad spectrum of performance measurement and attribution calculations while developing solutions for a complex and continuously expanding business line.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives to implement best-in-class solutions for stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by understanding client needs and building relationships.
  • Calculate and evaluate performance and attribution for equity portfolios across EMEA and US markets using advanced analytics tools like FactSet.
  • Provide regular bespoke risk and return analysis to portfolio managers and investment specialists.
  • Oversee performance measurement and attribution calculations and create reporting solutions.
  • Monitor data quality and perform comparative analysis between various computation sources.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Proven experience in performance and attribution measurement.
  • Strong understanding of equity products, structured products, derivatives, and portfolio accounting principles.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership in stakeholder discussions.
  • Proficiency in FactSet for advanced portfolio analytics and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on a globally integrated team.
  • Progress toward CFA or CIPM designation.
  • Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
