Role Description
As an Asset Management Onboarding Specialist on the Customized Managed Account Solutions team, you will implement investment solutions and collaborate with various stakeholders. You will lead onboarding events, manage client data, and support the development and enhancement of operating models to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end client/platform onboarding events with key stakeholders.
- Manage new account and client data across essential systems for investment activities and reporting.
- Enhance existing operating models to improve scalability, increase controls, and mitigate risk.
- Participate in external calls with intermediary partners to set up operational requirements.
- Create and manage internal presentations for business or project updates.
- Maintain a strong controls mindset and adhere to internal procedures.
- Adapt and drive change to improve the client experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years experience in the financial services industry, asset or wealth management.
- Proven experience in project management, client service, or operations.
- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize daily tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Four-year college degree or equivalent financial service experience.
