Job Overview
Step into a pivotal role as an Asset Management Fund Controller at JPMorganChase, where you help shape oversight and growth of diverse investment funds and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Execute risk focused oversight of Fund Operations including net asset values, distributions, expenses and accounting policy implementation.
- Evaluate proposals, prospectus language, trading models, and expense structure to identify product launch/modify solutions.
- Implement appropriate risk oversight controls.
- Review and approve fund financial statements, regulatory filings and coordinate audit efforts.
- Participate in regulatory filings and responses to regulatory requests.
- Lead and support various fund related initiatives and prepare summary materials for oversight results.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in investment management.
- Strong technical and business knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, collective investment funds and alternative funds.
- Expertise in various asset classes including fixed income, alternatives and equities.
- Proven analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible and highly organized with a drive to improve processes.
