Role Summary
The Client Account Management Team acts as the guardian of the client experience by servicing institutional, sub-advisory, intermediary, and global liquidity client bases. The role involves day-to-day servicing, resolving client issues, and coordinating with multiple departments including legal, compliance, risk, operations, and product areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve complex client issues with minimal impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to secure client satisfaction.
- Participate in client onboarding, pitches, and service reviews.
- Support digital servicing capabilities to scale business.
