The goal is to provide actionable insights by gauging market sentiment, identifying trending themes, and detecting risks and exposures at scale. Job Summary

As an Asset Management Investment Platform Data Scientist - Vice President, you will utilize innovative and cutting-edge NLP and LLM expertise to develop business-centric products within the Asset Management Investment Platform Data Science team. This role involves implementing AI solutions to significantly enhance investment processes, elevate client experiences, and streamline operations. You will be crucial in extracting vital insights from diverse financial documents and communications, thereby enabling smart data-driven decision-making and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for a variety of complex problems, including content extraction, advanced search, sophisticated question answering, intricate reasoning, and precise recommendation systems.
• Build comprehensive testing setups to rigorously evaluate model performances, ensuring the efficacy, reliability, and robustness of all developed solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering functions to deliver high-quality, scalable outputs that meet production standards.
• Continuously study scientific articles and research papers to identify emerging and state-of-the-art techniques, fostering innovation and discovering new approaches to data science challenges.

Required Skills & Capabilities

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Machine Learning.
• Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and extensive practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and deep familiarity with key Machine Learning libraries and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a robust understanding of financial markets and the principles of asset management.
