About the JPMorganChase Re-Entry Program
The Asset & Wealth Management Re-Entry Program at JPMorganChase is a comprehensive 15-week fellowship designed to reintroduce individuals to corporate life after an extended career break of two or more years. Commencing in April 2026 and concluding in July 2026, this program offers a clear path to potential permanent employment with J.P. Morgan upon successful completion. Fellowship placements are strategically aligned with both business needs and the candidate's skill set and interest areas across our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations businesses. Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking creative, innovative team players who demonstrate strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Successful candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to communicate effectively in presentations, articulating complex financial strategies clearly and articulately. Relevant experience within a Line of Business is essential. A crucial requirement for this program is the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both external clients and internal partners.
Role within Asset Management
JPMorganChase is actively seeking candidates for a diverse range of roles within our Asset Management Business. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience or interest in the following critical areas:
- Client Services
- Operations
- Product
- Marketing
- Finance & Business Management: This team strategically manages capital, drives growth and efficiencies, oversees financial reporting, and proactively manages risk. They provide vital information, analysis, and recommendations to enhance results and inform decisions, ensuring the company's financial resilience. Business Management specifically focuses on optimizing business performance, acting as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads, and identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Previous and established experience within the Financial Services and/or Banking industry.
- Proven client management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and oral communication, both internally and externally.
- Adept at multi-tasking, managing pressure, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
