About the Role

Job Summary
In this role you will:
- Monitor and process corporate action events.
- Validate and reconcile client and custodial data.
- Communicate events and instructions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a range of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions including dividends, mergers, tender offers, and rights issues. You will coordinate with custodians, agents, and market sources and support process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field and experience in securities operations focusing on corporate actions. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication are essential. Experience with automation, global markets familiarity, and certification in securities operations are preferred.
