Overview

JPMorganChase is seeking experienced and visionary leaders to head the HR Analytics Advisor practice, a senior role responsible for building and leading a team of data analysts and storytellers. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, HR executives, and functional stakeholders to transform talent and workforce decisions through integrated analytics and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, scale and lead a global team of HR Analytics Advisors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives including HR business heads, CFOs, and COOs.
  • Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide responsive, data-driven insights for both strategic and ad-hoc business inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop self-service capabilities and predictive models.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly articulate complex insights.
  • Ensure high-quality data governance in partnership with the Chief Data Office.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in analytics, data, and business strategy in complex global organizations. You should have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, engaging senior leadership with compelling insights, and integrating analytics into core HR processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or professional services and HR Strategy experience are preferred.
