Overview

Join JPMorgan Chase as the AI Strategy VP on the Strategic Artificial Intelligence Governance & Enablement team in APAC. In this role, you will drive the firm’s AI/ML governance, enablement, and regulatory compliance efforts across the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and policies.
  • Promote and operationalize AI strategy aligned with APAC objectives.
  • Monitor evolving AI/ML regulations and advise on firm responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI risk and enablement.
  • Engage with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in AI/ML governance.
  • Certification or formal training in AI/ML governance and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of APAC regulatory landscape.
  • Proficiency in leading machine learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry in APAC.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI guardrails.
  • Proven track record managing global or regional teams.
