About the Role

Join JPMorgan Chase as an AI Strategy Associate on the Strategic Artificial Intelligence Governance & Enablement (SAIGE) team in APAC. In this role, you will drive AI/ML operational efficiencies and support strategy by developing governance frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Support operationalization of AI strategy for governance and regulatory compliance in APAC.
  • Monitor APAC AI/ML regulations and analyze implications.
  • Identify AI adoption opportunities and assist in risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior leadership with strategic insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in AI/ML governance or regulatory compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience and formal training in AI/ML governance.
  • Understanding of the APAC regulatory landscape and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and collaborative work style.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry in APAC.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and global/regional initiatives.
