We are seeking a highly innovative, hands-on AI Content Transformation Specialist to drive AI-driven content production across all channels, including paid media, owned channel ads, and email, within JPMorganChase. Reporting to the AI Content Transformation Executive Director on the Marketing Transformation team, you will be instrumental in building and scaling marketer self-service capabilities using cutting-edge AI tools like GenStudio and Express. This role focuses on embedding JPMC Responsible AI into daily workflows, ensuring measurable improvements in speed, quality, and compliance.
You will manage a hybrid operating model with Line of Business (LOB) champions, conduct rapid prototyping and pilot programs, establish rigorous evaluation and safety guardrails, lead change management and stakeholder communications. Collaboration with Product, Technology, and the Foundational Content Transformation team will be key to aligning with enterprise standards and leveraging centralized assets and metadata.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain context tailoring strategies, reusable templates, and personalization playbooks to accelerate marketer self-service while adhering to brand and legal standards.
- Embed JPMC Responsible AI into daily operations by implementing safety filters, privacy-by-design practices, bias testing, transparency, auditability controls, and documented fallback procedures.
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks and quality gates, including offline/online tests, red-teaming/adversarial prompt testing, and human-in-the-loop reviews. Track precision/recall, NDCG, and content safety scores.
- Design and automate practical workflow steps such as intake and brief forms, approval and QA checkpoints, compliance gates, and activation triggers, optimized for speed and consistency.
- Partner with Product and Technology to ensure AI solutions align seamlessly with existing martech systems and collaborate with the Foundational Content Transformation team to leverage DAM-governed assets and metadata.
- Coordinate consultants and vendors, contributing to solution evaluations, scoping deliverables, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Lead change management and stakeholder communications through comprehensive training plans, playbooks, FAQs, release notes, adoption scorecards, and clear, audience-specific timelines.
- Execute innovation sprints and rapid prototypes for new capabilities, such as multimodal Quality Control with computer vision/Optical Character Recognition (OCR), automated accessibility remediation, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) assistants for briefs.
- Instrument and publish metrics dashboards to track cycle-time reduction, throughput, reuse/personalization rates, production cost savings, compliance exceptions, and marketer satisfaction.
- Facilitate cross-LOB working groups and decision forums, capturing requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and demonstrating progress through demos and concise updates.
- Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, drive postmortems, and foster continuous improvement with clear ownership and timelines. Maintain clear documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, guardrail standards, and change logs for audit readiness.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

- Proven hands-on experience applying AI to content workflows, including prompt engineering, templating, variant generation, and guardrail personalization.
- Working knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps practices, such as evaluation harnesses, monitoring and drift detection, data pipelines, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI (text, image, video), computer vision/OCR for quality checks, and automated accessibility compliance.
- Experience with retrieval/orchestration patterns (e.g., RAG, tool use/agents, workflow automation) aligned to JPMC Responsible AI principles.
- Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive adoption within a cross-matrix organization.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure environments, demonstrating creative problem-solving with a bias towards action and measurable outcomes.
