About the Role
The AI Content Transformation Lead role at JPMorganChase is designed for an innovative leader who will modernize and automate end-to-end content production across all channels. Using JPMC Responsible AI, you will embed transformative solutions from brief to activation, ensuring high quality, safety, and consistency in content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI-driven content production strategy and roadmap.
- Design and execute a hybrid hub-and-spoke operating model with LOB champions.
- Drive innovation sprints, rapid prototyping, and scale successful pilots.
- Embed Responsible AI and establish AI evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology to integrate with martech platforms.
- Oversee vendor engagements and ensure compliance in content automation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The candidate must have over 10 years in content operations or program leadership within marketing, with hands-on experience in AI applications for content and marketer self-service. Strong background in LLMOps/MLOps, multimodal AI, and agile delivery tools is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing enterprise scale AI-enabled tools for content creation, along with strong vendor management capabilities and familiarity with experimentation platforms.
