Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen incoming calls and prioritize information
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and travel
  • Organize events including domestic and international logistics
  • Process invoices and expense claims following policies
  • Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Produce high quality communications across all levels
  • Maintain department documents and executive bios
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations for meetings

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least three years of administrative experience
  • Advanced organizational and scheduling skills
  • Discretion and sound judgment in confidential situations
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and priority management
