About the Role
Join JPMorganChase as an Account Supervisor and be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service for complex products. You will work within the Client Support Group (CSG) as part of the Client Onboarding and Service (COS) - Solution Center, supporting the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB). The role involves transactional support, handling high-risk callbacks, managing signer and security administrator changes, and serving as the primary intake for fraud-related inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
- Listen proactively to client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Guide clients through processes and educate on self-service options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and external clients.
- Apply foundational knowledge of commercial treasury management products.
- Coordinate with Fraud Recovery Associates to resolve fraud inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Strong customer service role experience.
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in advanced computer literacy and technology.
- Ability to innovate and challenge the status quo.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
