Program Details
As an Advisor Trainee, you will gain exposure to every facet of wealth management including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. You will work with teams to provide customized solutions and first-class service for unique client goals. The nine-week program begins with an induction week for training and orientation. Top performers may receive a full-time offer after the summer.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advisors and specialists to attract and serve clients
- Deliver comprehensive, customized solutions for protecting, managing, and growing wealth
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA) with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
- Enrolled in a U.S. college/university
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, able to multitask, and highly driven in team environments
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Good judgment and discretion with confidential information
Work Authorization
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. No employment-based immigration sponsorship is available.
Locations
This program is available in multiple locations: Las Vegas, NV; Seattle, WA; and Washington D.C.
