About the Role

As a Supply Chain Finance Hub – Senior Associate at JPMC, you will be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products, particularly within Trade and Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, and Core Trade Finance. This role involves boosting revenue through efficient customer onboarding, including ESG-linked initiatives, and working closely with Sales, Advisory, Product, and Program Management teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Program Managers and Sales to identify new SCF opportunities and manage end-to-end enrollment and post-setup maintenance.
  • Define and administer effective controls such as entity validation, sanctions, RegW, and negative media checks, including Lien Governance.
  • Raise blockers and escalate issues to Product, Legal, and Program teams to manage dependencies.
  • Automate and streamline core SCF processes while participating in tech releases and regression/UAT testing of new flows.
  • Maintain periodic reporting of KPIs and contractual SLAs, identifying trends and outliers.
  • Support change management activities and monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Core Trade, or Financial Services.
  • Strong logical and analytical mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Deep understanding of process and workflow improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Availability to work from 10 am to 9 pm (shifts).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-starter attitude with creativity and strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, and Click View.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
