Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new AI methodologies.
• Architect and build complex AI models using Java or Python.
• Create intuitive user interfaces with React or Angular.
• Implement AWS best practices for security and efficiency.
• Automate processes to enhance operational stability of AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for robust architecture design.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

• 15+ years proficiency in Java or Python for complex AI model development.
• Minimum 2 years of generative AI development and prompt engineering.
• Proven system design, application development, and testing experience.
• 5+ years experience with React or Angular.
• 5+ years AWS experience.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD and security practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in developing AI frameworks.
• Experience with LLM models and agentic tools.
• Keen interest in staying updated with innovative AI technologies.
