As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in turning data into decisions, helping teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next. This is an execution-focused role with strong product exposure. You will work closely with Product Managers to analyze data, uncover insights, and support experiments that directly impact product performance and business outcomes. If you enjoy solving problems using data, thinking in hypotheses, and using AI tools to move faster, this role is for you. What You’ll Do
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and performance drivers. Identify opportunities and issues across product features and business metrics. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Validate findings by cross-checking across multiple sources.
- Hypothesis-Driven Problem Solving: Form clear, testable hypotheses based on data patterns. Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.). Interpret results and translate them into actionable recommendations. Focus on decision-making and impact, not just reporting.
- AI-First Analytics Workflow: Use tools like GPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants as part of your daily workflow. Accelerate analysis through faster exploration of data, pattern identification, and automating repetitive analysis tasks. Continuously improve speed and quality of insights using AI.
- Data Exploration: Work with data from platforms like Snowflake to extract and analyze information. Navigate messy or evolving datasets and still derive reliable insights.
- Visualization & Communication: Build dashboards and reports that are clear and actionable. Communicate insights in a structured way so stakeholders can act without follow-ups. Present findings to Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers to support roadmap decisions. Work with Engineering and Business teams to validate assumptions and measure impact. Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making.
