About the Role
At Joveo, we’re building intelligent systems that power recruitment marketing at scale. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in turning data into decisions, helping teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.This is an execution-focused role with strong product exposure. You will work closely with Product Managers to analyze data, uncover insights, and support experiments that directly impact product performance and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and performance drivers
- Identify opportunities and issues across product features and business metrics
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Validate findings by cross-checking across multiple sources
Hypothesis-Driven Problem Solving
- Form clear, testable hypotheses based on data patterns
- Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.)
- Interpret results and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Focus on decision-making and impact, not just reporting
AI-First Analytics Workflow
- Use tools like GPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants as part of your daily workflow
- Accelerate analysis through:
- Faster exploration of data
- Pattern identification
- Automating repetitive analysis tasks
- Continuously improve speed and quality of insights using AI
Data Exploration
- Work with data from platforms like Snowflake to extract and analyze information
- Navigate messy or evolving datasets and still derive reliable insights
Visualization & Communication
- Build dashboards and reports that are clear and actionable
- Communicate insights in a structured way so stakeholders can act without follow-ups
- Present findings to Product, Engineering, and Business teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Managers to support roadmap decisions

- 2+ years of experience in Product Analytics / Data Analytics
- Strong analytical thinking - ability to break down ambiguous problems and derive insights
- Experience identifying opportunities, issues, and performance drivers from data
AI & Modern Analytics (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) in your workflow
