We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex engineering programs across Joveo's product and infrastructure teams. You will be the connective tissue between technical strategy and on-the-ground execution — removing blockers, aligning teams, and keeping programs on track.Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and ops
- Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies
- Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives
- Report program health, velocity, and status to leadership with precision
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end
- Solid technical foundation — ability to engage meaningfully with engineers
- Strong understanding of agile and hybrid program delivery methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for distributed team environments
- Experience with program tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to hold accountability without direct authority in cross-functional settings
