Role Overview: HR Business Partner

We are hiring an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic people advisor to Joveo's business leaders. You will align people strategy with business objectives — supporting organizational design, talent management, and culture as Joveo scales globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and translate them into people strategies
  • Support performance management cycles including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning
  • Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational challenges
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition on workforce planning and hiring priorities
  • Lead HR initiatives around engagement, retention, and organizational health
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across relevant jurisdictions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant HR business partnering experience in a technology company
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices — performance management, ER, and organizational design
