We are hiring a Data Analyst to transform Joveo's operational and product data into insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. You will be the bridge between raw data and strategic clarity — building dashboards, conducting analyses, and answering the questions that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Define and track KPIs across business functions and product areas
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and present findings with statistical rigor
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business narratives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and analysis
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and visualization
