We are hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build intelligent, task-performing AI agents that automate high-value workflows across Joveo's platform. You will design, ship, and iterate on agents that interact with APIs, make decisions, and complete real work on behalf of hiring teams.Key Responsibilities
- Build production AI agents that interact with internal and external APIs
- Engineer agent workflows combining LLMs, tools, memory, and state management
- Integrate agents with real systems — databases, job boards, messaging, and CRMs
- Implement agent evaluation, testing, and monitoring in production environments
- Collaborate with product to identify high-ROI agent use cases across the platform
- Continuously improve agent accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency
