About the Role

Join the Sales Team at The Hollywood Roosevelt, a historic Los Angeles icon that has hosted stars and tastemakers since 1927. As a Business Travel Sales Manager, you will build strong client relationships, drive new business, and ensure the hotel remains a first-choice destination for business travel, consortia, and leisure guests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key business travel and consortia accounts
  • Identify and close new opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Create action plans, conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and track performance
  • Represent the hotel at industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Front Office, Catering, Housekeeping, and Outlets

Requirements

Proven hospitality sales experience with at least two years in a sales role, understanding of the business transient, consortia, and leisure markets. Familiarity with Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, along with a sharp grasp of hotel sales processes and market trends.
