A top retail company is looking to hire a Senior AI Engineer to join their Data & Advanced Analytics team. You will be part of the team responsible for defining the company's intelligence, data strategy, and architecture. The Advanced Analytics team develops Artificial Intelligence algorithms to optimize processes and decision-making in the retail industry's most complex challenges. The team comprises Data Scientists, Big Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Deep Learning Researchers, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers, working in multidisciplinary squads to create cutting-edge machine learning algorithms supported by the latest Big Data and distributed computing technology. 🚀 Our Squads:

Each squad has visibility and presentations at the board of directors level due to the relevance of the projects. 🚀 Your New Role – Senior AI Engineer As an AI Engineer, you will participate in the research, definition, experimentation, prototyping, and production deployment of solutions based on cutting-edge generative algorithms. 🎯 In Your Day-to-Day:

• Work with LLMs and agents for multiple use cases.
• Define and execute proofs of concept based on needs.
• Be responsible for scaling and productizing PoCs that have demonstrated value.
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, image) from different systems.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and invest time in developing new algorithms.
• Evaluate models and their quality to determine their utility in each solution.

🧠 About You:

• Experience developing generative AI projects (chatbots, RAG, agents, etc.). Experience bringing these solutions to production with P&L impact is highly valued.
• Experience prototyping ML solutions and defining experimentation.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects, from prototype to production, is valued.
• Experience with libraries oriented towards generative AI such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing in Python or other object-oriented languages.
• Knowledge of generative model theory and best practices for monitoring and production deployment.
• Scientific publications in ML are a plus.
• Interest in good software practices (tests, automation, CI pipelines, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
