About the role
Process Mining Consultant
Joppy is collaborating with a TOP IT Consultancy firm to find an experienced Process Mining Consultant. This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing process mining solutions for clients, covering the entire project lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
What You Will Do:
- Execute process mining solution implementations (Celonis, ARIS, Bizagi, etc.).
- Conduct discovery sessions with business and technical teams.
- Analyze as-is processes and design to-be proposals focusing on efficiency and control.
- Define KPIs and build performance dashboards/analytics.
- Integrate data sources (ERP/CRM and other platforms) for end-to-end analysis.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and governance of process models.
- Train users and support tool adoption.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Process Mining.
- Experience with tools like Celonis, ARIS, Bizagi, SAP Signavio, or equivalents.
- Strong analytical skills and a value-driven approach.
Valuable Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of BPMN and process governance practices.
- Integration experience with SAP ecosystems and other platforms.
