Growth & Product Marketing Manager
Joppy is collaborating with a company seeking a highly hands-on Growth & Product Marketing Manager to join their team in Spain. This is a full remote position, open to candidates located anywhere within Spain, requiring current residency in the country.
About the Role
This is a broad and dynamic role for a flexible, intellectually curious individual comfortable operating across strategy and execution. You will enjoy building, experimenting, and learning fast, unafraid to step outside your comfort zone. This role offers exposure to the full marketing spectrum within a high-impact B2B technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Mastery & Strategic Foundations: Develop a deep understanding of products, the tokenization ecosystem, and competitive landscape. Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Shape clear positioning and differentiation strategies. Translate complex technological solutions into compelling narratives for institutional audiences.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of company participation in industry events, including strategy, objectives, messaging, logistics, executive preparation, and follow-up. Maximize sponsorship activations and visibility. Coordinate executive speaking opportunities. Design and execute proprietary events (roundtables, webinars, industry sessions). Ensure events contribute to engagement and pipeline development.
- Growth & Go-to-Market Initiatives: Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives aligned with ICPs. Support product launches and feature announcements. Identify new verticals and market opportunities. Monitor key performance metrics and optimize initiatives.
- Sales & Business Development Enablement: Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide necessary materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks. Align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities. Support account-based initiatives. Ensure consistency between marketing narratives and sales conversations.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Contribute to the company’s thought leadership strategy. Coordinate and produce high-quality marketing materials. Ensure consistency of voice and positioning across website, events, and digital channels. Support executive visibility initiatives.
